Karen Bucca Lee

Karen Bucca Lee is currently the 1st Female Director for The Philadelphia Fire Departments Employee Assistance Program completing 23 years of service. She is currently CEAP Certified, and holds several Mental Health Degrees and Certifications. She is an active Member of LAP (Labor Assistance Program) and Licensed Minister as well.

Karen is truly motivated to assist the members of her department both personally and professionally. Whether responding to a traumatic incident, member suicide, or outreach, she is 100% committed 24/7 365. Her love and passion generates the desire to make sure no member goes without on or off duty.
